Rochester's Pop-Up Boutique for Women
So, you might be wondering, "What is a trunk show?"...don't worry, it's a fairly new concept to Rochester!
Generally speaking, a retail boutique trunk show is when an establishment hosts a special collection of merchandise that is usually available for a very limited time. Jane Doe's Trunk Shows operates in a similar fashion, but because we don't currently have a traditional store front (read: overhead!) we're able to bring you high quality, fashionable items at an even better value! We'll be operating out of various spaces around town, so be sure to join Jane's A-List for details.
Trunk shows come with special rules. Here are Jane Doe's rules...
1.) Because merchandise is often what designers have "laying around" as surplus, we can't guarantee sizes or even exactly which styles will arrive. Check out designers' websites to get to know their styles to find your favorites.
2.) And, because all Trunk Show merchandise is available for only 1 weekend, there are NO RETURNS ACCEPTED for money back. We WILL allow you to exchange merchandise for something else made by the same designer, as long as that particular weekend trunk show is still going on. Unfortunately, once we "close up shop" on a Sunday afternoon, we have no way to make any further exchanges. Like most retail shops, we require a receipt, all tags to be attached and for the merchandise to be in perfect condition for any exchange.
3.) Lastly, we DO NOT accept checks. We DO accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as good ol' fashioned cash!
Jane Doe's Trunk Shows owner, Katherine Doe, is a native Rochesterian who has worked in Washington, D.C.'s finest boutiques. Katherine loves helping to outfit women in just the right ensemble to make them both look and feel like a million bucks. She understands that it's not always about trends, but what simply looks good. More importantly, she understands what women in this region are looking for and strives to bring you that and more every month!
